The GFA-4402 & GFA-4302 offer a 40w and 30w (respectively), 2 channel version of the basic ADCOM design used in the larger amplifiers. These amplifiers have a much smaller footprint than the other, larger amps.
Both
models have balanced line inputs, but utilize standard RCA type input jacks,
rather than the professional 5-pin XLR input connector used on the other
models.
All the other features that are standard on the rest of the line, are here. The robust power supply, and rugged architecture of these models is evident when listening to the pure sonic character of the amplifier; or when loading it down with a difficult speaker load.
These 2 channel amplifiers are ideally suited as entry level high current amplifiers-or as companions to the 4 channel monster amplifiers in the ADCOM product line. The GFA-4402 is the power house of the duo, with a heftier power supply and twice as many output drivers as the GFA-4302. It is capable of delivering extreme power to a variety of loads.
Don't dismiss the GFA-4302 as a slouch, however, this mighty mite will scorch any other amplifier in its class. Don't only compare it to other 25-35 watt amps-put it up against the 50 watt amps by other manufacturers-you'll clearly see (and hear) that the "purity" not only makes it sound better-but you'll have more usable volume! Pump it up-and enjoy.
