Sagai (Engagement) & Sangeet (Music)

    Music is the soul of any wedding ceremony. Without music & festivity, the wedding lacks sparkle. During the Sagai (engagement), after the horoscopes have been matched to determine compatibility (Hindus believe that the stars not only determine our future, be indicate temperaments of individuals and auspicious moments), the groom's family makes a promise of marriage and to welcome the bride as a daughter into the home.
