The occasion was the visit to Virginia of Renee's two sisters, a husband, a fiance and three baby girls. Steve and Anne were invited, but Steve had to stay home sick. John and Ehlee were also invited, making it a reunion of cousins as well as sisters and babies. The cousins hadn't seen each other since they were almost as young as the baby girls.
Renee and Mike were our hosts and put out a grand spread of food. Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers and Hot Dogs for the little ones. Chips with Mike's guacamoli dip, and salad makings. Ehlee brought her fabulous Egg Rolls, and Anne contributed a three bean salad. Evening festivities began with glasses of wine and a fresh-cut fruit salad.
