| A CERTIFIED- state registered corporation has been formed for the protection of the breed, it's registry and for the advancement and betterment of the breed. The group is called the United States Bordeaux Corporation or "USBCORP". THE USBCORP is the only breed organization that will have a very strict code of ethics and will work very closely with the registrar to ensure the best possible future for the breed. THE STATE of New Jersey has been selected as the location of the corporation mainly due to this states consumer oriented laws and that the Trustees feel very strongly that the consumer should have a place to turn when necessary, as should the seller and/or the breeder. IN ATTEMPTING to simplify, the USBCORP will adapt a policy that will mirror image much of our French counterparts. THE BOARD of Trustees realize that the corporations goals are well within the reach of availability, and since they are motivated and committed to move forward in a positive direction, the corporation will be seeking only those Fanciers whom will share the same goals and will be willing to aid the corporation in laying down a solid foundation for our breed for now, and most importantly for the future.
