Andrew W. Code, Partner
Mr. Code was a founder of Code Hennessy & Simmons in 1988. Prior to founding CHS, Mr. Code was a Vice President with Citicorp's Leveraged Capital Group in Chicago. Before joining Citicorp, he was employed by American National Bank in Chicago. He holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. Mr. Code serves on the Boards of Directors of The Hillman Companies, Inc., KBA Holdings, Inc., Kranson Holdings, Inc., MLS Holdings, Otis Spunkmeyer, Inc., SunSource Holdings, Inc., Rinker Boat Company LLC, SCP Pool Corporation and Olsen Engineering. Mr. Code also serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Iowa Foundation, GAP Community Center, and Resource Land Holdings and is currently chairing the Capital Campaign for Chicago's Inner City Young Life.

Mr. Hennessy was a founder of Code Hennessy & Simmons in 1988. Prior to founding Fund I, Mr. Hennessy was a Vice President with Citicorp Mezzanine Investments and Citicorp's Leveraged Capital Group in Chicago. Before joining Citicorp he was employed by Continental Bank. He holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Hennessy serves on the Boards of Directors of Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc., Penhall International Corp. and Waddington North America, Inc. Mr. Hennessy also serves on the Board of Directors of the John G. Shedd Aquarium, and Children's Memorial Hospital and the Board of Trustees of the Greater Illinois Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
