California — American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP),
the nation's leading provider of reprographic services and
technology with more than 190 locations across the U.S. today
announced its acquisition of Queen City Reprographics, a privately
held company.
Queen City Reprographics, founded in 1908
with headquarters in Cincinnati, OH provides a wide array
of reprographic services consistent with the service offerings
of American Reprographics Company. Queen City Reprographics'
annual revenue in 2004 was approximately $14.0 million. Terms
of the transaction were not disclosed.
