Shipping
Windsurf Diablo
offers a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs.
We use only premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with Next Day, 2nd Day and
ground delivery options available for many items.
Please call us
at (925) 778-6350 for specific delivery options and shipping times.
All deliveries
are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage.
The shipping
time is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we
experience difficulties receiving authorization.
There may be
occasional delays beyond the order processing time. If the delay is
more than 7 business days, Windsurf Diablo will send you an email message
notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be less than 7
business days, Windsurf Diablo will ship the product as soon as it is
received. These shipping terms are accepted by the customer by
placing an order.
We are unable
to ship via UPS or Fed-Ex to PO boxes.
Whenever
possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce
shipping charges. Please see the item page to determine if this is
possible for your order.
All shipping
prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
No C.O.D.
orders can be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Windsurf
Diablo reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in
error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications,
or was shipped in error.
Any items that
are on backorder beyond 30 days will be automatically cancelled.
Once an order
has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is unavoidably
delayed. In this case, Windsurf Diablo will do its best to cancel
the order if requested.
Advertising Disclaimer
Product descriptions
posted on our product pages are the representations of our
suppliers. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from
picture. Windsurf Diablo is not responsible for typographical, pricing,
product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised
prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice.
Prices advertised in an any promotional email are valid for 5 days from
the date of issue.
Payment and Sales Tax
Windsurf Diablo
accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima and Discover credit
cards for all purchases.
All payments must be
in US Dollars. Current billing address, email address and phone
information must be included with every order.
Sales Tax will be
charged depending on the shipping addressed as required by law.
Sales Policy
Windsurf Diablo
stands behind every product we sell. Most products are covered under a 1
year "manufacturer's defects" warranty. If applicable,
manufacturer's warranties apply from the date of shipment.
Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the
manufacturer for defective products and missing parts. If, after
contacting the manufacturer, the product has not been repaired to your
satisfaction, Windsurf Diablo will work with you to obtain an appropriate
resolution. In this event, submit a Defective Product Service
Request or a Missing Part Service Request and email us immediately.
Overdue Delivery
Check the status of
your shipment by telephone (925)
778-6350. If
your shipment is overdue, submit an Overdue Delivery Service Request.
Warranty & Return Policy
Windsurf Diablo is
committed to ensure every product under warranty performs to the
manufacturer's specifications.
Most products
purchased from Windsurf Diablo are warranted against defects. If
applicable, manufacturers' warranties apply from date of shipment.
Please check the item description for warranty details and contact
information.
In the event that
the manufacturers resolution is not acceptable to you, submit a Customer
Service Request, including the name and phone number and case/reference
number of the manufacturer. A Windsurf Diablo Customer Service
Representative will respond to you within two business days. Unless
otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped to the
United States.
Refused shipments
will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
Defective items may
be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following
restrictions:

All products
must be returned in original condition including packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Returns that do
not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged
on a per item basis. All returns will be processed and fully
inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. Some products are
returnable for exchange only.

Certain items
and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Any returns
found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and
all nonproduct related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are
NOT refundable.

All returned
products must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Number will be refused.

Submit a Customer
Service Request via email directly to Windsurf Diablo within 7 days of
receipt of your order for the following:
