Hale: Change Alameda Life to Alameda Alliance for Health.
Peter: Approve minutes with that change; Jonah second. No opposition. Jesse abstains.
Motion carries.

Agenda Additions
Jesse makes motion to approve changes to agenda; Jonah seconds. Motion approved.

Executive Directors Report - Nicolas

Secretary Report - Jonah

Time Sensitive Actions
Motion made to move meeting to 4th Thurs through elections so Jonathan can attend and interpret for Leslie and Hale.
Motion seconded and passed.

Financial Report - Jay
Motion made to approve health plan including $10 chiropractic
Motion seconded and passed. Rose abstained.
Motion to have a special meeting to decide how to use the budget surplus, June 11, 6:30 p.m. Motion seconded and passed.

Action Items
Executive Membership Committee Election
Members of the Committee are Jesse, Peter, Hale, (along with Leslie and Nicolas)

Proposal for Staff Appreciation
Tabled until June 11th meeting.

Proposal for Client Advocate Position - Nicolas
There followed a discussion with the result that Nicolas should come back to the next meeting with a different proposal.
