September 17: Freyda Epstein, 8 pm
Freyda Epstein has long been one of the finest voices in American folk music and one of its best interpreters of lyric. In the 80’s she was the vocal heart and soul of the internationally acclaimed group Trapezoid. "You probably haven’t heard such a flat out luscious lead instru-ment as Freyda Epstein’s rich, smooth, sensual voice," says Stereophile Magazine. In addition to performing with her extraordinary voice, Freyda is a fine guitarist, violinist and violist whose style blends classical technique with organic folk textures. She’s recorded over two dozen CDs of eclectic acoustic music, including one with her band Freyda & Acoustic AttaTude which won the NAIRD INDIE silver medal for best folk album of the year. Freyda’s most recent recording is Globalullabies, an elegantly arranged collection of international lullabies. Don’t miss this rare solo performance!

October 15: Amy Fradon and Band, 8 pm
Amy Fradon is a singer/songwriter and guitarist with a dynamic voice. She plays her voice the way many musicians aspire to play their instruments. Amy has performed backup vocals for Livingston Taylor, Maria Muldaur, Peter Yarrow, and John Whelan among others. Amy’s newest CD Passion Angel, is a showcase for her many styles, from beautiful ballads to gutsy blues and miraculous harmonies.

November 19: Billy Jonas, 8 pm
You can’t help but sing along, play along, sway along with Billy Jonas: composer, songsmith, and multi-instrumentalist. His carefully crafted original songs, adventurous guitar work, clear tenor voice, and home made instruments have garnered high praise from major acoustic music journals. Billy’s dynamic and spontaneous performance style has earned him a reputation for concerts that make the body move, the heart open, and a community spirit fill every corner of the concert hall.
