I am a State Registered Dietitian (SRD) and nutrition consultant,
specializing in health and sports performance.  An SRD has the only
legally recognized qualification in UK to provide nutrition and dietetic
advise. I help clients achieve their personnel nutritional goals within their
lifestyle with real food rather than supplements!  I work with individuals and groups, either one-to-one consultations or seminars and workshops. I also write articles, work with PR companies and always happy to talk on radio or TV. With 2000 being Olympic Year, I hope to be busy, especially as I'll be travelling with the GB Team to Australia!
