~Shipping~
All products shipped FOB Houston, TX, via Federal Express so that our chocolate reaches our clients in the same condition as when it leaves our factory.

During warm weather periods, we ship with cold packs (at no additional charge) to maintain the package temperature at a "chocolate friendly" level.

Desired shipping date must be specified and allow adequeate transit time to meet your in-hand date. Images in Chocolate cannot be held responsilbe for delay or damage in transit. All claims (damage, delay or loss) should be filed by the purchaser with the carrier promptly. Images in Chocolate has no control after the shipment has been given to the freight carrier.

~Discrepancies~
All discrepancies must be reported within five (5) days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization. Images in Chocolate is not responsible for inablity to fill orders due to strikes, acts of nature, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause whatsoever.
~Trademark Usage~
Products displayed herein do not imply an endorsement by holders of trademarks or design. All copy and artwork submitted by client for use by Images in Chocolate in producing items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark service copyright, patent or similiar protection. The client by submitting such material represents that the use thereof by Images in Chocolate on ordered items does not violate laws in the use of copy or materials submitted. Images in Chocolate reserves the right to use pictures and/or descriptions of any products we produce in marketing literature for example purposes. All logos, brands and product names remain trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
