This article describes a program at Stanford University to combine digital
images, sound, and text to create an interactive graphical introduction
to Maya mythology. The basic tools are a World Wide Web browser and a photo
CD. The author stresses the need for people who are both computer savvy
and familiar in a specific subject to create these multimedia productions.
