The Sciences I (Grade Level 1)

Includes facts and information about matter, grouping matter, states of matter, air, machines, work and machines, magnets, sensing the world, using your senses, sensing danger, growing and changing, growth and health, human body, living and non-living, needs of living things, seeds, seeds and plants, people need plants, plants, animals, animal growth, people need animals, rocks, minerals, & land, oceans, air and weather, changes in weather, more weather, water cycle, the sun, the seasons, day and night, technology, and science terms review. (34 lessons)

The Sciences II (Grade Level 2)

Builds science foundation including matter, grouping matter, states of matter, machines, air, measurement, magnets and health, using your senses, health, sensing the world, our world, environment, seeds, seeds and plants, animals, animal growth, animals and people, landforms, fresh water, oceans, air and weather, weather changes, the four seasons, day and night, the moon, technology, and science terms review. (38 lessons)

The Sciences III (Grade Level 3)

Provides facts and information coving topics of matter, machines, magnetism, electricity, heat, light, sound, cells, bones and muscles, the brain, a healthy body, conservation, plants, seeds, animal population, animal habitats, insects, the food chain, life cycles, inside our earth, the changing earth, rocks and minerals, oceans, weather, water, the solar system, the moon, the sun, science fair project, computers, and science terms review. (36 lessons)

The Sciences IV (Grade Level 4)

Includes information about matter, magnetism, electricity, heat, light, sound, a healthy body, senses, plants and animals, cells, living things, conservation, the food chain, plants, animal populations, animal habitats, insects, behavior, life cycles, inside our earth, the changing earth, rocks and minerals, water, cloud formation, weather, weather measurement, the solar system, the inner planets, the outer planets, the moon, the sun, beyond the solar system, science fair project, computers, and science terms. (41 lessons)

The Sciences V (Grade Level 5)

Provides solid science foundation on topics of matter, electricity, living things, animal adaptations, climate and life, environment, water in the air, body systems, nutrition, digestion, diseases, air, weather, the changing earth, the earth's layers, the moon, the solar system, beyond the solar system, safety, science skills, science fair project, technology, and science terms review. (39 lessons)

The Sciences VI (Grade Level 6)

Includes facts and information about matter and atoms, compounds and molecules, electricity, using forces, energy, images and refraction, light energy, cells, living things, diseases, brain and nervous system, plant growth, environment, scientists, weather, water in the air, erosion, minerals, the sun, the moon, the solar system, beyond the solar system, safety, science skills, science fair project, technology, and science terms review. (41 lessons)

The Sciences VII (Grade Level 7)

Builds science foundation including topics about motion, energy, electricity, matter, atoms, chemical changes, cells & cell theory, cells - mitosis, organisms, water, simple forms of life, human body, green plants, ecosystems, biomes, the atmosphere, weather, weathering, the changing earth, the earth's rotation, the earth's revolution, astronomy, the moon, safety, science skills, science fair project, technology, and science terms review. (37 lessons)

The Sciences VIII (Grade Level 8)

Covers motion, energy, machines, waves, electricity, atoms, chemical reactions, cells - mitosis, cells - meiosis, traits, simple forms of life, organisms, human body, disease, green plants, biomes, the atmosphere, weathering, the changing earth, the solar system, the earth's revolution, astronomy, safety, science skills, science fair project, technology, and science terms review. (33 lessons)

Biology (High School)

Course Content: (from National Science Education Standards): cells, molecular basis of heredity, biological evolution, interdependence of organisms, matter, energy, and organization in living systems, behavior of organisms, reproduction and heredity, regulation and behavior, populations and ecosystems, diversity and adaptations of organisms, characteristics and life cycles of organisms, organisms and environments, interdependence of organisms, behavior of organisms, personal health, characteristics and changes in populations, resources, changes in environments, natural hazards, population growth, environmental quality. Chemistry I (High School)

Course content (from National Science Education Standards): Laboratory safety, identification of equipment and techniques, using the scientific method and scientific notation, dimensional analysis and significant digits; comparison and contrast of atoms, ions, isotopes; calculating atomic mass and number, heterogeneous mixtures and homogenous mixtures, elements and symbols, physical and chemical properties of matter; atomic structure, principles of subatomic particles, electron configuration, orbitals and diagrams, Lewis diagrams, Quantum mechanics, magnetic trends, the periodic chart. Over thirty lessons.

Chemistry II (High School)

Course content (from National Science Education Standards): Stoichiometry, empirical and molecular formulas, thermochemistry, laws of thermodynamics, heat of reaction and formation; states of matter, kinetic molecular theory, intermolecular forces, surface tension, types and properties of crystals; solutions; kinetics; acids and basis; equilibrium; electrochemistry; introduction to organic chemistry. Thirty lessons.

Earth and Space Science (High School)

Course Content (from National Science Education Standards): energy in the earth system, geochemical cycles, origin and evolution of the earth system, origin and evolution of the universe, properties of earth materials, objects in the sky, changes in earth and sky, structure of the earth system, history of Earth, Earth in the solar system, geochemical cycles, technological design. Forty lessons.

Physics (High School)

Course Content (from National Science Education Standards): Includes the mathematics of physics, vectors, projectile motion, gravitation, momentum, work, power, waves, sound, light, electricity, circuits, and electromagnetism. Thirty lessons.
