The New Century Education Integrated Instructional System provides pc-based
multimedia instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics for learners
of all ages. In use in elementary, middle, high school, and adult education
settings, the program maximizes each student's achievement through a computer-managed
system of diagnostic testing and needs-focused instruction.
The System consists of three distinct elements, all designed to work together to tailor instruction to each student's unique needs:
Assessment software generates the information needed to continuously individualize each student's program of instruction
Curriculum software includes all instructional content, in the form of engaging multimedia lessons.
Management software intelligently links assessment and instruction, providing the means for both automatic and teacher-directed monitoring and adjustment of individual learning programs.
New Century Education offers optional Test Preparation Programs aligned to specific state proficiency tests and to the GED exam.
The New Century Education Integrated Instructional System is available
in both network and single user versions for pc-compatible computers.
