This workshop brings the subject of process improvement out of the back room and into the Board Room. Participants will learn to recognize weaknesses in their organizations and how to install a company-wide culture to improve them. While process improvement models were originally developed to improve software development, participants will learn mechanisms to customize them for all types of business areas. Participants will also learn how to keep the interest alive to create an environment of continuous process improvement. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to analyze their organization and to effectively start along the process improvement path.
This workshop is intended for upper management, line management, project management, and staff members interested in organization quality improvements.
