Facilities: The symposium is scheduled for 11-14 January 2000 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Crystal City, Virginia.
Exhibits: One hundred 8’ x 10’ booths will be offered in single or multiple units. The cost for corporate sponsors who reserve prior to 1 September 1999 will be dependent on location in the exhibit hall.The costs are as follows: Section I: $1,350 per booth; Section II: $1,250 per booth; Section III: $1,150 per booth. For corporate sponsors who reserve after 1 September and for non-sponsoring corporations the cost is $1,350 per booth
Food Station: Corporate-sponsored appetizer food stations for the exhibitors’ reception will again be offered at $600 each. These food stations will be placed within or adjacent to your exhibit space during the “Join-Up” reception.
Banquet: Tables of ten will again be available for corporate reservations for $750 and $900 for non-corporate sponsors. Two seats are reserved for placement of SNA guests, normally a senior Naval Officer participant and his wife. Additional guests may be available if requested by the corporation.
Brochure Advertising: Two brochures will be provided. An early one will be mailed to the 4,500 SNA members and made available to interested attendees. An on-site brochure will be provided at registration to each participant. Advertising space is $1,200 in the advanced brochure and is limited to four sponsors. Advertising space for the on-site brochure is $700 and is limited to three sponsors. These advertisements will be arranged on an individual basis.
