This large number and even spacing of the RNA bands allow the construction of very accurate standard curves for determining the size of unknown mRNA species, as well as providing a much finer reference scale. The Millenium Markers are provided at a concentrationof 1 mg/ml Two ul (2 ug) are easily viewed byethidium bromide staining. All lots contain all bandsat approximately the same intensity and are free ofnuclease contamination.
