Description:

Provide
in-house helpdesk support and troubleshoot customer's
computers. |

Perform
onsite presale network inspection/evaluation. |

Design,
setup, and maintain customer's onsite network system(s). |

Telephone
support for customer's computer systems including desktops,
workstations, |
 |
servers,
and notebooks. |
 |
Provide
Technical training to company's service personnel and
customers. |

Install,
configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls,
and VPN products. |

B.S.
Degree or equivalent |
 |
Working
knowledge with many of the following: |
 |
Operating
Systems: |
 |
MS-DOS
(all versions), Windows (all versions), Linux (Redhat),
FreeBSD, |
 |
Solaris
(7, 8 SPARC versions) and Novell Netware (all versions). |
 |
 |
 |
Applications: |
 |
Microsoft
Office (all versions), Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL,StarOffice,
|
 |
and
Easy CD Creator (all versions). |
 |
 |
 |
Hardware: |
 |
IBM
PC Compatible systems and components, Sun and Sun compatible
systems and |
 |
networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, and
VPNs). |
 |
 |
 |
Networking: |
 |
Topologies,
protocols, and medias. |
 |
 |
 |
Strong
inter-personal communication and problem solving skills,
