Roger Taylor Roger Taylor is Queen's drummer. Over the course of Queen's life, he has performed other duties, including songwriting, lead vocals on several tracks (I'm in Love with My Car and Modern Times Rock & Roll most notably), and rhythm guitar on one of my favorite Queen songs, Sheer Heart Attack. As you can see, it is likely that Roger is one of the less serious members of Queen! Roger has had several side projects, the most prolific of which was The Cross, a band which Roger sang and played guitar in.
