This young patient suffered an inferior wall myocardial infarction. The left coronary system was widely patent and provided collateral flow to the distal right coronary

The RCA was reconstructed with several coronary stents resulting in the excellent angiographic appearance shown in the right hand panel above.

He did well and was discharged the following day. At 2 year follow-up, he remains asymptomatic and is doing well.
