12/2/99 For personal reasons my page has had to be removed from the net. I hope to have it back up someday and will continue on my own to write and keep it going. If you would like to be told when it's back up just e-mail me and let me know and I'll send an e-mail notification when I "republish" the 2nd Edition. It might be a while though. And address sent will be held by me and no one else never be sold etc.:) In the meantime, Happy Millinium!
