The following artists will perform: Kristen Lucas, Michael Buckland, Don Rauf, Rev. Jen,
Sinclair Rankin, and David Kramer. The performances will convey the various artists
feelings on how difficult it is to work under the conditions of contemporary culture while
trying to pursue their ambitions.

Dewitt Godfrey
"A Sculpture and a Drawing" Godfrey will show a massive and organic presence
constructed of 2,700 feet of steel-300 corten bands each nine feet long-assembled using
3,000 shiny steel rivets. It exists less as a ponderous monster than a strange, collapsed,
and formless deconstruction of itself. A 50 foot long ink drawing will be mounted on the
west wall of the gallery.
