Insurance InformationYour insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your bill regardless of what your insurance pays. The receipt that is given to you after your visit has been designed to be used for insurance purposes. Our office staff will file insurance claims for obstetrical and surgical care. Be sure your part is filled in correctly, including group and indentification numbers. We will help you in whatever way we can, but you can help us save time and serve you better if you make sure that your particular insurance policies cover the services for which you want to file claims.This office participates with the following insurance plans. We do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. If you have any questions regarding participation with your health plan, please let us know. |
