The Edgewater Tower is a ten story two hundred seventy six unit "Secure" Apartment complex with ninety family townhouse units, located along the banks of the hystoric Connecticut River. Edgewater is centrally located near all major area highways, and with plenty of public transportation as provided by the pioneer valley transit authority, wich has several major bus routes that traverse this neighborhood.

  The edgewater tower is a Secure Building With 24 hour project relations staff on duty on the grounds, and within the building to assist the tenants with any needs or problems, we also have a new state of the art servailance system on all our well lit parking lots. we also have  a constant police precense due to our affiliation with the Springfield Police department and the Community Policing program.
