We conduct in-depth personal interviews, verify state licensing, keep current certificates of liability insurance and workers' compensation information on file, contact business and customer references, check local reporting agencies for problems or complaints, and document their ongoing track records.

Consumers are never charged for using this service.

We do not add additional cost to your project by charging the contractor a commission or signing fee. Those qualified companies that meet the screening requirements pay a small monthly fee to participate. In return, those contractors receive unlimited referrals in the selected areas and specialty trades they desire to service.
