Leslie E. Cummings
Educational Technology Review, Winter 1996, No. 5, p.18-20
This article examined the resources, technology, and tradition aspects of
educational technology. The author found that recognition of various resistance
forces can prevent decision makers from misconceptions. For example, if
resistance is due to lack of awareness or a fear of failure, the school
shouldn't invest in more educational technology systems until the real problems
are solved.
