An Rx for 20/20 Vision: Vision Planning for Education

Dallas ISD is the eighth-largest district in the U.S. While this article looks at what's happening with technology in their schools, it also outlines the technique they developed - called vision Planning - to help them answer all of the expected (and unforseen) questions. The process serves as a model for others.
