Logo, a computer programming language, can be used effectively in the classroom
to promote critical thinking and problem-solving strategies. These activities
can be either teacher facilitated or initiated by the child and can promote
collaborative teamwork while enabling children to develop high-level reasoning
and logic skills. When using Logo, children tend to have a high level of
motivation and concentration. Problem solving can range from simple to complex
depending upon the learner's desire.
