Richard Greenberg

T.H.E. Journal, Vol. 24, No. 5, December 1996, p. 61-65

The founder and director of the project describes how it came about. First providing an overview of image processing and its increasing future in the workplace, he then details both the curriculum materials the project created as well as the teacher training that was developed. The resulting HIP (Hands-on Image Processing) series includes a training module for teachers plus discipline-specific modules for students.
