NGSA Joins Group Seeking Extension of Comment Period on the Gas Research Institute
Washington, DC--The Natural Gas Supply Association has joined the
Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), the Process Gas Consumers
Group, and Consumers Energy Co. in requesting a 60-day extension for filing
comments in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC's) proposed
funding mechanism for the Gas Research Institute (GRI) "to permit adequate time
for dialogue, analysis and preparation of comments concerning the Commission's
and GRI's proposals."
The petition states that "GRI is not opposed to the proposed extension of time."
