Shortcut to Specifications  CROWNS TRAINING ROOM TABLES Crown's Adjustable Height Training Table offers a unique blend of functionality and good looks. Special recessed monitor trays allow students to view monitors in a comfortable, ergonomic fashion while providing an unobstructed line of sight with the instructor. Crown Furniture Mfg. has worked extensively with Corporate Technology to develop an Adjustable Height Training Table that meets all of our needs. Maintaining a consistent relationship of the Keyboard and Monitor, to the chair arm supports regardless of the trainees' physical size, was major developmental consideration. One of the unique features Crown brought to this development process was their " Recessed Monitor Tray ". The RMT provides for standard Computer Monitors to be semi-recessed into the work surface, at an angle. This allows for the trainee to maintain unobstructed visual contact with instructional and presentation materials from the front of the room, while maintaining direct visual contact with the Monitor screen. This configuration provides correct ergonomic monitor positioning and adjustability, while eliminating the need for extra glass panels that increase the problem of screen glare. ( RMT, Patent Pending ) The Training table features many elements that contribute to the total training environment we wish to establish. The following items have been incorporated into the design to provide a Table that meets all of training needs: Training Table is constructed using a solid steel frame mechanism and utilizes a high pressure laminate work surface and modesty panels for maximum durability and life expectancy. Work Surface size 60" wide x 38" deep, provides minimum space per student in consideration of all equipment needs. Work Surface height adjustability from as low as 26" from floor to as high as 34", functioned with a retractable and easily operated crank and smooth elevating mechanism that surpasses all weight considerations. Table is equipped with 60 mm Dual Wheel Castors for easy relocation. Table is provided with a sliding CPU holder. CPU is attached to the unit with adjustable straps and will hold any size CPU. CPU when mounted slides in and out as well as rotates, for easy access to rear for cable installations. The Table also is equipped with a remote switch, multi-outlet power strip. This allows for one power input cord, with four power outlet points, three of which are controlled by a remote switch located on the front edge of the work surface. All major components can be turned on by one switch. Crown Furniture Mfg has also worked with Corporate Technology to develop an instructor's Workstation. The instructor's desk is a fixed height unit that incorporates a number of the Training Table benefits. Providing a coordinated finish scheme for all the Tables and Desks in the room is accomplished by using a single supplier. The " Recessed Monitor Tray " has been included in the design of the Instructor's Desk to allow for the same visual clearances. This will provide for the Instructor to have direct eye contact with the Trainees while working at his / her desk. The following items have been incorporated into the design of the Instructor's Desk; Desk is constructed using high pressure laminate work surface, legs, modesty panels, and storage components for maximum durability and life expectancy. Desk Work Surface size 72" wide x 36" deep, with a side return 36" wide x 24" deep provides ample space for the instructor in consideration of all equipment needs and reference materials. Workstation work surface height is 27" from floor to provide easy use of the Keyboard and to minimize any visual obstructions. Workstation is provided with a sliding CPU Holder. Equipment Housing supports the CPU with adjustable straps and will hold any size. CPU when mounted, slides in and out as well as rotates, for easy access to rear for cable installations. The Equipment Housing is located in the side return to provide maximum kneespace. Workstation is equipped with a remote switch, multi-outlet power strip. This allows for one power input cord, with four power outlet points, three of which are controlled by a remote switch located on the front edge of the work surface. All major components can be turned on by one switch.   Instructors Workstation Description: L-shaped Desk Station consisting of a main desk unit 72" wide x 36" deep x 27" high, and a return unit 36" wide x 24" deep x 27" high. Main Desk has a full height modesty panel mounted flush to the front. Main Desk is provided with a Recessed Monitor Tray located in top surface, mounted at an approx. 30 degree angle to the user on the return end of desk. Top surface is provided with 112 leg, located at the center for additional worksurface support. A freestanding Drawer Pedestal is provided with two 6" high box drawers and one 12" high file drawer, locking, located under desk, opposite return. The return unit has a 3/4 height modesty panel mounted flush to the front. Return is provided with a Remote Switch / Muli-Outlet Strip and a CPU equipment housing.
