Personality Testing & Assessments

Personality assessments are used for various purposes such as training and development, reducing employee turnover, leadership development, applicant screening, and also as a supplement to commercially provided background  checks. Good pre-employment assessments are behaviorally based as opposed to the standard personality test or inventory which may only have face validity.

Behavioral assessments provide for a more predictable outcome when used for screening applicants.  Many times the behaviors can be confirmed through background screening reports or subsequent reference checks.  Structured interviews or behavioral interviewing is a very subjective process.  By using validated assessments, a company adds a much needed element of objectivity, especially regarding management evaluations.

The majority of selection processes used by most companies are fairly standard, differing mostly in degrees of sophistication at certain steps in the process, like behavioral interviewing, and the competence of the interviewer.

Until now, there has not yet been a product or service of note that can significantly impact the selection of employees by predicting the probability of their success with a high degree of certainty.  Now there is.

Enter The Profile, an assessment that can provide information to an employer that defines the human characteristics demanded of the job to achieve the highest level of occupational effectiveness.  This Dynamic New Approach (DNA) to selection creates the occupational characteristics necessary to select profitable employees.
