To begin, please visit Profiles on the Web. Once there click the "Scheduled Assessment" button on the left. Enter the username and password listed below. Click "Continue" and fill in required information. Click the "Review Scheduling" button, verify the info and click the "Save Scheduling" button. Click "Begin/Resume" under the scheduled assessment, complete the optional demographic info if you choose and click "Continue". Click "I Agree" and begin the assessment. Upon completion, we will contact you for credit card payment and send your results.
