Town Engineering Services

Sykesville is a town in the southeastern portion of Carroll County, Maryland, encompassing approximately 1.2 square miles. Since 1972, we have provided town engineering services, including review of proposed subdivisions, construction inspection, and surveying and design of miscellaneous projects built by the Town, such as parking lots, roadways, retaining walls, and storm drain improvements.

A major expansion of the Town's incorporated area began in 1986, resulting in the addition of more than 500 residential lots and numerous commercial sites. We worked with the Town staff in performing the engineering review of the subdivision plans and inspected the construction of the subdivisions.
