Calvert County Industrial Park

The 227-acre Calvert County industrial Park was started in the early 1970s and has become a focus for industrial development in Southern Maryland. We began work with the Park Authority in 1976, during construction of Section 1 of the Park, when we provided inspection and construction management services. Over the years, we have continued to provide engineering services as the Park developed. In 1991, we developed plans and plats for Section 2. Our services have included surveys; preparation of property plats; site, roadway and storm water management design; wetland delineation and permit application; and design of water distribution and an on-site septic system.
