Under an open-end agreement, we surveyed and designed improvements to several parks.

The Point of Rocks Ruritan Park improvements included lighted basketball and tennis courts, bleachers, parking lots and walkways.

The boat ramps provide access to the Monocacy River in Pinecliff and Creagerstown parks.

The Lime Kiln, constructed circa 1900, is a historic focal point in Fountain Rock Park; however, it had reached a state of disrepair, to the point that it posed a hazard to visitors. We inspected the Kiln and, coordinating with Maryland Historical Trust and the Frederick County Bureau of Parks and Recreation, designed repairs both to stabilize and reconstruct it.
