Performance Logic is working with a select number of hospitals to test and modify the components of our Operational Practices tool prior to our January 2000 release. This structured program will provide each site with alpha releases of the Operational Practices software as well as substantial counseling support. The alpha site program is intended to:

	Achieve significant improvement in performance for the areas selected by the healthcare organization. Improvements may include revenue enhancement, cost reduction, or service and quality improvement.
	Provide Performance Logic staff with feedback on the usability and content of the software tool in order to maximize results
	Test Performance Logic approach in various types of organizations and under various conditions
