NOTICE TO THE PARTIES

Listed below are the FMCS areas that are now used in preparing panels of arbitrators. If these particular areas do not meet your needs, please be more specific in stating your needs on line 7 of the Request for Arbitration Panel form. We also have the capability of submitting panels of arbitrators who are industrial engineers, attorneys, professors, members of the National Academy of Arbitrators or members of the American Arbitration Association. Panels can also be submitted which are composed of arbitrators who have experience in various issues and industries.
