Internships

ACA will work in cooperation with your college or university to arrange summer or semester internships.  Internships include the following:

• Orientation in Harare;
• Placement in an English speaking home at the internship venue;
• A semester working on a field project based on either environmental science, health, education, agriculture, or basic industrial development.
• Lectures on local customs, art, culture, geography, wildlife, and ecology;
• Hard, rewarding work.

ACA will work with your university's professors to develop an in-field curriculum suited to your program of study.  You should begin arrangements up to a full year in advance of your internship.  Completing the inoculation requirements alone can take several months.
