People ask us why we share so much information — tips, articles, how-to's — on our web site. Aren't we afraid our competitors will steal our work? From our perspective, there's much too great a need for purposeful enterprise, inspired leadership, good communication and healthy relationship-building to be stingy with information that supports that end. All we ask is that an individual lets us know he or she is using Ivy Sea's web-site content, includes a link to the site with attribution, and gives credit where credit is due. If they don't, it'll catch up to them in one way or another. We're big believers in the sage warning of old: "You reap what you sow."
