Dr. Robert E. Rossier, Ph.D.
Dr. Robert Rossier worked for the Los Angeles Unified School District for over thirty years as a teacher, Counselor, Program Director and Consultant dealing specifically with the needs of language minority students. From 1984 to 1988 he served as a member on the National Advisory Council on Bilingual Education by appointment of the U.S. Secretary of Education.
Dr. Rossier is available to consult with school districts in California on effective programs and program development for English Language Learners. He specializes in English intensive teaching methodologies such as English as a Second Language and Structured Immersion and can assist districts with Proposition 227 compliance efforts.
