Educators, researchers, administrators, legislators and anyone interested in the education of language-minority students is encouraged to become a READ member. Membership is $35 annually and includes a free subscription to READ Perspectives as well as all READ reports and studies and the latest news on issues affecting English-learners.
READ is a project of the Equal Opportunity Foundation, a non-profit research institution established under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. READ sponsors conferences, supports research, and publishes policy briefs and monographs on issues related to English language acquisition and the education of language minority students. Contributions are tax-deductible.
