  • evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken
  • ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives
  • maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience

The Profile has the ability to benchmark competence for personnel performing the work. This is done by assessing "Top Performers" within the department. Our system will determine the necessary competency for personnel for that department.  This process can be duplicated throughout your organization.
