Design Services
During a one hour session Lightspann and the client will discuss the criteria for the job. We will examine the project site, interior site, code, installation and aesthetic requirements and, in reasonable time, will estimate a price for manufacturing, packing, and delivery. There is no charge for this process. The client provides measurements, scale drawings, blueprints, photographs, and/or samples.
Commissioned Design Service
For new designs, after the initial visit and consultation, we request a design fee based on the scope and budget of the work. Non-refundable, this fee includes limited on-site inspection, measurements, continued consultation, rough and finished sketches, and applies to the immediate San Francisco Bay Area.
Consultation
Additional on-site consultation and/or measurements will cost $100 to $200 per hour.
