The Washington Calligraphers Guild's 25th anniversary exhibition will feature an invitational gallery of artwork by renowned calligraphers, as well as exhibits of members' artwork and winners of the National Postal Museum's Graceful Envelope Contest for 2001, which is being administered by the Guild. Admission is free.

2000 EXHIBIT: The Washington Calligraphers Guild exhibited the works of its members in conjunction with the Sumi-e Society of America in the summer of 2000. To see some of the pieces exhibited, click here.

whole lotta fun! The Washington Calligraphers Guild's Holiday Calligrafest on Saturday, October 21 at the Vienna (VA) Community Center was a great day of learning about the lettering arts, appreciating (and buying!) beautiful calligraphy and stocking up on calligraphy and stamping supplies. Continuous demonstrations (listed below) were geared to all skill levels, and attendees enjoyed a silent auction of artwork by some of America's top calligraphers.
