Todd has ten years of consulting experience advising a wide range of healthcare providers, health insurance companies, and managed healthcare organizations. He has been a leader in creating intellectual capital in the areas of strategy and network development, operations improvement, organization structure, and economic modeling and forecasting. He has served in many leadership roles including major client service delivery, product development, marketing, and staffing.

Todd holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and business policy. He also holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois.
