Their skill and experience gives us the ability to forge metals with excellent grain-structure and within tight tolerances.
Viking Has the Capacity to produce:
Bars up to 2000 lbs. and 8' lengths and
Sleeves and Rings of up to 800 lbs and 29" in diameter.
We regularly produce: Straight shafts; Blocks; Squares; Rectangles; Eccentric Shafts; Step Down Shafts; Double Step Down Shafts; Double End Hubs; Rounds; Mandrel Rings; Hubs and Covers.
Viking's Superior Finishing Services include:
Heat treating; Annealing; Normalizing & Tempering; Stress-Relieving; Age-Hardening; Liquid Quenching & Tempering; and Rough-Machining (to within 1/4-inch surplus, or less, of your specified dimensions).
