VIKING IRON WORKS’ well-equipped 20,000 sq. feet manufacturing plant gives us the ability to forge a wide-range of steels and alloys into the parts that you need – including such standard shapes as rolled rings, hubs, blocks, rounds, discs, bars, sleeves and shafts as well as special customized shapes. Parts can range in size from as small as 6 oz. to as large as 2,000 lbs.

We specialize in the forging of Stainless Steels and High-Temperature Alloys and our forgings are used by a wide variety of industries including aircraft engine manufacturers; aerospace; gear and valve manufacturers; commercial nuclear, oil exploration and the petrochemical industry.
Viking’s Machine Shop is equipped with a full range of conventional and CNC machine tools for cutting and shaping metals. These tools allow us to rough-machine your parts to extremely close specifications.Viking also offer a range of secondary services including heat-treating, annealing, and testing.
Special services such as Laser, Water-Jet, Hollow Boring, Grinding, and more are also available.
