Biography

Ms. Jones has served as the Education and Training Coordinator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since April of 1995. Prior to joining FMCS Ms. Jones was Industrial Relations Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor providing technical assistance to public and private cooperative labor-management efforts. During her time at the Labor Department she also served as Special Assistant to the President of the American Federation of Government Employees-Local 12. In this capacity she was responsible for formulating, representing and implementing union policies in the creation of a labor management partnership to address workplace change.
