IVY SEA RESIDENCY PROGRAM & COLLABORATION NETWORK

Ivy Sea, Inc. often hosts several talented individuals in our onsite Residency program. Most Ivy Sea interns and residents are pursuing business, communication or other graduate degrees or making career transitions, but have great experience to redirect given the chance and encouragement. At Ivy Sea, they receive both. Our interns and residents heartfully apply their considerable skills in exchange for an intense learning program in organizational consulting. Several have gone on to become part of our Collaboration Network, while others completed their graduate degrees and moved on to full-time employment in their field of choice.
